Hello,
The neighbor across the street from us we are unable to call his landline from ours. When I call his number it relays a busy signal. When he calls us, it connects fine. Both of us subscribe to the same carrier, Frontier Communications. When he calls their repair service they relay his phone is working fine. When I call repair service they tell me our phone is working fine. Basically Frontier is telling each of us that it is the other person phone that is having problems. Neither of us have any problems calling others on the street. He tells me he does not have our number blocked.
Please help.
